FOUNDER
Holds a degree in engineering from Bangalore University and has over 30 years of professional experience spread over industrial marketing, industrial market research, business journalism and aggregation of scientific, technical and business information. Founded Domex in 1988 and started with research, analysis, compilation and dissemination of business information. Started Domex Technical Information, a knowledge management / KPO company in 1994.
Established Domex e-Data Pvt Ltd in 2003 which become a successful KPO with globally renowned customers from US, UK / EU and Japan. Domex e-Data was acquired by MolCon in July 2010.
Mr. Satyanarayana now operates Domex Technical Information which concentrates on business research, marketing consultancy and software development.
Anuradha specializes in vocational guidance and career counseling and conducts psychometric evaluations & assessments. A certified MBTI professional, she is the brain behind Psychometrica.
Shital has considerable experience in psychometric evaluations and assessments. She specializes in creation of specialised personality assessment tools and has done so across the hierarchy – from senior managerial levels right down to supervisors and blue collar workers!
Samindara, a Certified 16PF Professional, has been associated with corporates both as a psychologist as well as an assessor. She has expertise in assessment-development centers, conducting assessor training workshops, and competency-based interviewing.
Radhika has a Masters in Counseling Psychology. She has an acute inclination toward psychometric evaluations – assessments, career guidance and counseling. A French Language Trainer by passion - Conducting workshops, preparing modules for adults are also an area of specializations for her.
